CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
At Nexhaus, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and product inspections.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.
Returns must include the original receipt and the item must be brought back within the 15-day period counted from the pickup or delivery date.
All approved returns and cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
2. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To qualify for a return, products must:
• be unused and uninstalled
• be in the same condition in which they were received
• include all tags, labels, and accessories
• be in the original packaging
• be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these standards may be denied.
3. DAMAGE & ORDER INSPECTION
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery.
Nexhaus does not accept damage claims, defect reports, or missing-item claims after the order has left our facility or has been delivered.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN

Approved returns must be shipped to:

Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:
• a return shipping label (if applicable)
• instructions for packaging and sending the product
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• customized or special-order products
• personalized items
• clearance or final-sale merchandise
• gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before submitting a return request.
6. EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, we recommend completing the return process first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
7. REFUNDS
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
• the refund will be processed to your original payment method
• please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the posting
If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us.
